Thank you for having this Hearing today

My name is Charles Tedesco, I am a thirty-two year veteran of the New York Fire Patrol. 

In the interest of not sounding redundant.  I concur with my colleges on this panel, but I would like to add, that the members of the fire patrol do not ask business owners and citizens if they have insurance.  We do not discriminate in offering our services.  And on Sept 11th Ptlm. Keith Roma did not discriminate, giving the supreme sacrifice while saving lives.
